Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers across the UK through our network of trusted local florists. Availability can vary by postcode, so enter the delivery location when ordering to see the options available.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your flowers, select your preferred delivery date, add any extras such as chocolates or a vase, and continue through checkout. You can also include a personal card message with your gift.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date when placing your order. Same-day and future-date delivery options are available depending on the recipient’s location and the time you order.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
We cannot normally guarantee an exact delivery time. Most deliveries are made during the day, generally between 10 AM and 6 PM. Where possible, our local florist will always try to accommodate special requests.

What happens if nobody is home?
If the recipient is unavailable, the florist may leave the flowers in a safe place, deliver them to a neighbour, or contact the recipient to arrange another option. The exact action depends on the delivery location and circumstances.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available across many parts of the UK for orders placed before 2 PM. Availability depends on the delivery postcode, florist capacity and the flowers selected.

How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is £9.99 for deliveries Monday to Saturday.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online using major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Other payment options may also be available at checkout.

Who prepares and delivers the flowers?
Your order is sent to a local florist near the recipient. They will personally prepare the arrangement using fresh flowers and then hand-deliver it locally.

Can I add a personal message?
Yes. You can add a personalised card message during checkout, which will be included with the flowers.

Can I add gifts to my flower order?
Selected bouquets can be upgraded with extras such as chocolates, vases or other gifts. Available add-ons will be shown when you choose your flowers.
